Outpatient Clinician

Overview

Full Time Outpatient Castle Program @ Virtua Berlin

Population: 3-25 years old

Hybrid: three days onsite/two days remote

Hours: days & two days until 6P

FFS Model

• LPC/LCSW session rate is $50-$54 commensurate with experience
• LAC/LSW session rate is $42-$45 commensurate with experience
• Intake is 1.75 of session rate
• Paid for up to 5 no shows per week at $25 each

Provides for the care and management of the mental health needs in an Outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides mental health services such as intake, medication management, crisis intervention, individual counseling and group counseling

• Analyzes psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

• Acts as a member of the treatment team to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate patient care.

• Prepares and regularly maintains progress notes on patients.

• Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients

• Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context

• Maintains certification in Handle with Care behavior management system

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Must possess a current and valid LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW in NJ.
