Senior Physician Recruiter

The Senior Physician Recruiter/Residency Outreach Program Coordinator position at the Center for Family Guidance will give you the opportunity to be a critical resource to provide sourcing, recruiting and onboarding services to Department Hiring Managers.
The Senior Physician Recruiter/Residency Outreach Coordinator will support our hospitals inpatient and outpatient, including Residentials and Partial Programs.
Responsibilities
• Manage job candidates through full recruitment cycle.
• Back up Physician Recruiter for Corrections Division.
• Assist with the creation of social media and marketing plans to provide brand awareness and attract qualified candidates.
• Attend Conferences, Seminars and Job Fairs to build qualified applicant pipelines.
• Plan/coordinate social events, lunch/learns, Grand Round and specialty meetings for Residents and Fellows.
Qualifications
� BS/BA in Business, Human Resources or Behavioral Health discipline. � 4 to 6 years of Physician/APN recruiting experience with active and passive candidates. � Intermediate proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), experience with iCIMS is preferred. � Excellent planning, organization, time management, written/oral communication skills. � Knowledge of employment law. � Compensation and Benefits � Competitive annual salary with comprehensive employee benefits plus incentive compensation based on achieving recruitment objectives. � �CFG Health Network is an EEO employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
