Helpdesk Technician


Full Time Helpdesk Technician

Marlton, NJ (ONSITE)

Monday through Friday/Days

Salary range:$25/hour ($52,000)- $30/hour ($62,400) PLUS full benefits (Equivalent to over $15,000/annually)

Provide desktop and network support to all CFG programs, locations and partners.


  1. Desktop Build and Configuration
    1. Image or reimage new and used computers
    2. Configure local profiles for staff
    3. Lockdown system per HIPAA guidelines
    4. Update all drivers, firmware and BIOS
    5. Apply Windows Updates and application updates
    6. Upgrade system hardware as needed (RAM, HDD, NIC...)
  2. Active Directory Support
    1. Manage Active Directory Organizational Unit
    2. Manage AD users, computers and printers.
  3. Desktop Support
    1. Provide end user support to CFG staff
    2. Provide basic break/fix support
    3. Support all CFG applications
    4. Work in an on-call capacity as part of the on-call rotation
  4. Ticketing System
    1. Document all support related activities in the ServiceDesk platform
    2. Document facility assets in ServiceDesk
    3. Generate weekly and monthly reports for ServiceDesk activity
  5. Management of all other IT related Hardware
    1. Door Security System and swipe cards.
    2. Surveillance cameras at CFG Residentials
    3. Conference Room AV systems


Candidate must have the following skills, and maintain them throughout their employment as a Desktop Support Analyst with CFG:
  • At least five years' experience with the current Microsoft Windows Operating System as well as previous versions back to Windows XP
  • At least two years operational experience in an enterprise class EMR system
  • At least three years' of experience the current version of Microsoft Office as well as previous versions back to Office 2010
  • At least three years' experience with networking/ LAN/ WAN and wireless technologies
  • Ability to work alone, or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and documentation management skills
  • At least three years' experience with desktop hardware, software and the ability to troubleshoot between the two technologies
