A Step Ahead Partial Program for Children
Located at Inspira in Bridgeton
Monday to Friday/Days
Salary is $19 ($39,520)-$21 ($43,680) hourly, with Full Benefits
Tuition reimbursement available
MUST have bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or other related field BA in psychology, social work or related field OR Associates Degree and 2 years' experience in provision of services to youth OR HS diploma and 5 years' experience in the provision of services to youth.
MUST have experience working with children 3-17.
Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.

Responsibilities
- Provides direct care and management of patient population.
- Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Assists psycho-educational groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient's treatment plan.
- Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
- Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork.
- Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from program.
- Annual certification in the Handle With Care behavior management system.
Qualifications
- BA in psychology, social work or related field OR Associates Degree and 2 years' experience in provision of services to youth OR HS diploma and 5 years' experience in the provision of services to youth.
- Must have demonstrated abilities to work with a team and to be able to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
- Ability to accept supervision and guidance.
- Seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
