You will determine the optimal treatment plans for inmates addicted to alcohol and/or prescription or illegal drugs while working with a collaborative team to ensure the best treatment recovery outcomes. Responsibilities
- Assess health risks and client needs.
- Work with the treatment team to ensure the best treatment recovery outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records for data gathering and analysis.
- Maintain strict confidentiality under HIPPA requirements.
- Comply with all agency and program policies and procedures.
- Make recommendations regarding the needs of the patient from an addictions and recovery perspective.
- Assist in the evaluation of patient progress and discharge summaries.
- Arrange referrals for the patient upon release from the facility.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Addictions, or related field.
- Requires an active and current New Jersey drug and addictions license (LCADC) in good standing.
